Hello, I'm Agata.

I lead, mentor, and empower high-performing marketing teams to reach their 10x goals. My expertise lies in growth marketing, defining strategic direction, and aligning everyone around the most important goals through OKRs. I bring 14 years of marketing experience on the “inside” – working for Google, Piktochart, Groove, and SimScale.

My Story

Although I was always passionate about marketing, I started my career in customer support and account management on the Google Ads team. It didn't take long for me to become a specialist in one-to-many communication channels for Google Ads and to start managing people. Working for Google has allowed me to take on various roles every day, if not every hour, and become an expert in SEM, project management, and strategy planning. I was the team manager and mentor coordinating efforts across the globe by morning, the project manager launching new online communities by lunch, and the analyst working on measuring product adoption by evening.


Eventually, I followed my heart, quit Google, and moved to Germany to join the startup world. I spent three years growing SimScale from $0 to $1M ARR as their VP of Marketing, focusing on Google Ads, SEO, and CRO. This experience has shaped me into a growth marketing leader unafraid to roll up her sleeves and get things done. 


Later, I jumped on the remote working trend and started growing scaleups. I joined Groove as their Director of Growth. 


In 2019, I joined Piktochart as their VP of Growth. I grew and led a team of 12 highly motivated team members across marketing, sales, and product-led growth. In 2021, as an interim Product Manager, I developed a growth roadmap that included revamping pricing plans and launching value-based pricing. With this project, we increased the free-to-paid conversion rate by 96% y/y. 


Right now, I help startups and scaleups grow their MRR with paid marketing. Many of my clients have been running Google Ads for years but have not achieved a good return on ad spend (ROAS) or a healthy LTV-to-CAC ratio. That's where I come in!
